Notes For Application
The documents listed below are required for processing the application form. Photocopy will be
accepted although BFQ may request for the original to be viewed for confirmation.
Submit a copy of Qatar ID Card or Residence Visa
Bangladeshi heritage: Submit a copy of any one of the following: Bangladeshi Passport/ BD National ID Card / Birth or School Certificate
For foreign passport holders, provide copy of the “No Visa Required” page.
For Individual Membership: Copy of academic qualification or professional qualification certificate.
For Corporate Membership: Please submit an Audited account of the Company demonstrating that the annual turnover is over QR 1 million.
The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application for membership without assigning any reason thereof.
Balloting within the Executive Committee shall be carried out in secret. Result of the balloting shall be communicated to the applicant, but no details shall be disclosed.
